简要规则描述：本项目为2025年度东岸**监控设施运维，主要内容包括对22公里**江东岸**辖范围内的外场立杆点位、监控设备、光电设施，及内场主机房、分机房、运营中心等进行日常养护、小修工程、应急保障、设施大修等工作(具体要求详见磋商文件第三章)。
Brief Specification Description: This project is for the operation and maintenance of surveillance facilities on the East Bank Riverside in 2025. The main content includes daily maintenance, minor repair works, emergency support, and major overhauls of external pole-mounted locations, surveillance equipment, photoelectric facilities, as well as internal main computer rooms, sub-computer rooms, and operation centers within the 22-kilometer jurisdiction of the East Bank of the Huangpu River (for specific requirements, please refer to Chapter III of the negotiation documents).
合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起1年，具体以合同签订日期为准。
The Contract Period: One year from the date of signing the contract, subject to the actual date of contract signing.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (iii)This project is only open to small and micro enterprises for procurement.

(v)Suppliers whose unit leaders are the same person or who have direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.
