建设地点： 阿曼杜卡姆经济特区，距离杜卡姆**约10km,阿曼杜卡姆890MW****点击查看电站EPC项目Project Location: The Project is located within the Special Economic Zone at Duqm (SEZAD), Sultanate of Oman, approximately 10 km from Duqm Port, at the Oman Duqm 890MW CCGT EPC Project Site, Duqm City. 建设规模：890MW****点击查看电站，采用1组二拖一联合循环系统形式，包含2台燃机，2台余热锅炉，1台空冷岛，1台汽轮机及发电机和相关附属设备。The Oman Duqm 890MW CCGT EPC Project in Oman adopts one (1) 2×1 combined cycle configuration, consisting of two (2) gas turbines, two (2) heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs), one (1) steam turbine generator unit, one (1) air-cooled condenser (ACC) system, and associated auxiliary equipment and facilities. 采购范围：分包商根据本合同条款进行的工程的工作范围已在section D等相关条款中规定：分包商的工作内容包括： 杜卡姆项目物资大库土建及安装工作及办公区地面硬化工作等。The scope of works for the subcontractor under this contract is set out in Section D and other relevant clauses.The scope of work includes the civil and installation works for the main temporary material warehouse and ground hardening works for the project office area,etc.
投标人资格要求：
（1）响应人须为具有独立法人资格的企业。若为中华人民**国境内注册企业或其他非阿曼注册企业，应在阿曼完成属地化注册；或响应人应为在阿曼境内依法成立并注册、且具有相关施工经验的本土企业； The Bidder shall be a legally established entity with independent legal personality. If the Bidder is registered in the People’s Republic of China or any jurisdiction other than Oman, it shall localization registration in the Sultanate of Oman. Alternatively, the Bidder may be a locally established and registered company in Oman with relevant construction experience. （2）响应人应具备与本工程相适应的施工能力。若响应人为中国境内注册企业，应具备电力工程施工总承包三级及以上资质或建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质，或具备符合国家有关法律法规规定且与本工程相适应的其他施工资质；若响应人为在阿曼注册的企业，应提供有效的商业注册证书（CR）及增值税登记证书（VAT Certificate）。 The Bidder shall possess construction capabilities commensurate with the requirements of the Works. If the Bidder is an enterprise registered in the People’s Republic of China, it shall hold a Grade III or above qualification for General Contracting of Power Engineering or General Contracting of Building Construction, or other construction qualifications that are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and appropriate to the Works. If the Bidder is an enterprise registered in the Sultanate of Oman, it shall provide a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) and Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate.
