简要规则描述：该项目实施地点共有20处，其中，15处为居民区点位，分别是凌一、凌二、凌三、凌四、凌六、凌七、凌九、凌十、凌十一、凌十二、凌十三、凌十四、凌十五、凌十六及金一；5处为街面点位，分别是上浦路（三林北校）至三林北港（上南路）、华夏西路**路绿地（凌十三段）、三林北港（上南路、**医院段）、三林北港（凌十一、凌十二段）及西新港（上浦路至华夏路）。项目主要内容新增（改造）监控探头约540路，****点击查看中心1处。

Brief Specification Description:There are a total of 20 implementation locations for this project, of which 15 are residential areas, namely Lingyi, Ling'er, Lingsan, Lingsi, Lingliu, Lingqi, Lingjiu, Lingshi, Ling-11, Ling-12, Ling-13, Ling-14, Ling-15, Ling-16, and Jinyi; There are 5 street level points, namely Shangpu Road (Sanlin North School) to Sanlin North Port (Shangnan Road), Huaxia West Road Jiyang Road Greenland (Ling 13th Section), Sanlin North Port (Shangnan Road, Dongfang Hospital Section), Sanlin North Port (Ling 11th and 12th Sections), and Xixin Port (Shangpu Road to Huaxia Road). The main content of the project is to add (renovate) about 540 monitoring probes and build a new central control center.

合同履约期限：工期要求：施工工期120日历天（计划开工日期：2025年05月07日）

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

（7）业绩要求：无；
（8）其他要求：无。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law in China (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names);
(4) Grade 2 or above qualification for professional contracting of electronic and intelligent engineering;
(5) Have a safety production license (within the validity period);
(6) The person in charge of the proposed project has the professional qualification of a registered construction engineer of grade 2 or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction;
(7) Performance requirements: none;
(8) Other requirements: none.
